Once we’re ready to start working on your order we’ll send you an email that includes:
1.) An online questionnaire so you can share the information we need for the story
2.) An online payment form
We are only able to start working on your order once both items have been completed.

eBooks take 3-5 days. Paperbacks take 7-10 days. Hardcovers take 10-14 days.
We try our best to get you your adventure as soon as possible. We’re as excited as you are for what’s to come! The key factor in our delivery times is our unwavering commitment to quality in our writing, illustration and binding processes.

When our team sends you the new project questionnaire we’ll ask what reading level you’d like your story written in.
Our stories are usually written for grades K-4th but we are equipped to work on most special requests when our customers want something different.

Sure thing! Personalized adventures make the best gifts (according to us). Once we’re ready to work on your order we’ll send an intake form where you can let us know who the book is for and what address it should go to.
